Know and decide what you want before you do it.
When you wait until the last moment you are going to be tired, not going to feel like it, you will be bored or procrastinate. You will make some excuse not to do what it is that you want to do.
Make a decision to change. Make a decision to be successful. Make a decision to pursue happiness.
Thank your senses and emotions for giving you signs that you are not feeling happy. Thank your feelings for your anger, for your clarity, for the certainty that you know how you feel. Trust that feeling and voice inside of your head because it is looking out for you. Trust it but don’t fall for its trap. The trap of feeling stuck. The trap of not being in control. The trap of hopelessness. The trap of being a victim
Buy low and sell high is the rule of investing everyone know. It sounds easier than it is because when you buy low it means that everyone else does not see value in that business. You have to go against the grain and be right. Low companies are those that not proven and have fallen from the top and are on the way down. The opportunities are right in front of you. I would rather a rusty car with a good engine that a new paint job on a broken down jalopy.
Bad things happen and can happen often. It can feel like you are at rock bottom and things can’t get any worse. This is an awful feeling. As hard as it sounds this can also be used as a reminder. A reminder that even though it may be bad for you that other people probably have it worse. A reminder that good things can come out of bad situations. A reminder to look for the silver lining. Only you can answer. What good can come from this?
There are two states of being – beautiful or suffering. At every moment and every second of your life you bounce back and forth between these two states
Based upon which of these states you are in you will make drastically different decisions and the quality of your life will be completely different. When you live in a beautiful state you are more fun, creative and make better decisions. Notice which state you are in and try to stay in a beautiful state of mind.
Everyone is unique in their own way but do you have the awareness to understand what makes you unique?
There is nothing stopping you from becoming the person you want to become besides the stories you tell yourself. Take the leap and accept full responsibility for your life, health and happiness. When you do this you take back the control you didn’t know you gave up. Make the decision to live a healthy life. Make the decision to do what makes you happy. Make the decision to love with all your heart. Stay committed to yourself and keep trying new things to light you up.

Running a business sounds complex but it can be really simple when you put a solid team in place. You do not have to do all of it yourself. Focus on your strengths and then put other people in where you are weak.
Business is all about service and solving the needs of your customer. Whatever industry you are in there are ways to serve your market even better or tap into a unserved market. What does the market need? What is a problem that you can solve for your market? The more you know your customer and their needs the more you will be able to solve their problems. It is up to you to create a solution that makes your customer’s life easier and meet their needs better.
When narrowing down a decision from the infinite possibilities start with what you know. Starting from a solid foundation of knowledge will lead to a better outcome. What is it that you can talk about for hours without getting bored?
Next start with what you are good at. What can you already do to get the most results with limited effort?
Then where will your efforts be most well placed? Time is the most valuable resource that you have so make sure your time is well spent.
Some dreams don’t come true and it hurts when they don’t. Over time failure after failure the pain is too much to overcome and scar tissue develops. We forget or are too scared to dream for the fear of failure. We’ve put ourselves out there so many times and it hurts when it doesn’t work out. We will fail more than succeed but you will never succeed unless you are willing to fail.
