    Imagine is a powerful word. Just saying the word brings so many images, colors and sounds to the mind. Imagining releases the powers of the mind that you have kept trapped for fear of what you will see. The darkness that may come to surface that you have been intentionally oppressing your whole life. Unbeknownst to you this also oppresses the light. There is no light without darkness and darkness without light.

    You have the ability to control this infinitely powerful tool called the mind. Don’t be scared to use it. Its designed to imagine the worst possible scenarios to keep you alive. You can also use it to imagine the best possible ones to make you happy.

    Imaging being at a party. Music is playing and people are dancing. You look across the room and a fight breaks out. The cops come and take the two fighting people to jail. The two people get put in the hot seat and get interrogated. Each one of the people tells the interrogators what happened but each person has completely different stories. How is this possible? Who is telling the truth and who is lying?

    Once something happens we rely on our memories to to retell the story. The memory can add things or leave things out. The memory is not the most reliable thing unless we emotionally charge our memories. Back in the day we remembered things like what caves to stay out of otherwise we might get eaten by a tiger. Now we remember reality TV stars names. Each person has different memories and each person will have their own interpretation of those memories..
