    Here to Learn

    I am always curious and want to learn more. The more I want to learn the more curious I become.

    When I am curious I become better at what I am curious about. Each time I learn something I apply it to what I am doing to get a little bit better.

    In my career I want to learn more about the industry, my company, my projects, my team and how to perform better in my position.

    In my relationships I want to learn how to become a better listener, communicator and give the other person what they need.

    In my finances I want to learn how to invest my money and have my money make more money for me. I want to learn about compounding interest and accounting.

    In my health I want to learn how to increase my strength and energy. I want to learn to be mentally and physically strong.

    I do not know all the answers so I am here to learn.

    Teach To Learn

    Unless you better yourself then you will always stay in the same place.

    To get the where I want to be it requires me to learn and grow.

    I do not want to stay in the same place that I am. I want to be greater than I am today, smarter than I am, richer, healthier and wealthier.

    The best way to learn something is to teach it.

    Right now someone is trying to get to where I am at. As I am learning myself I pay it foreword to all those on the same path.

    The world is static and I am dynamic. For my life to change I have to change. One of the easiest things to change is what you consume. I shifted my intent of consumption from entertainment to education. I am more curious now than I have ever been. I changed my knowledge by consuming audiobooks. I have made it a habit to learn more through podcasts, books, and audiobooks. Changing my knowledge has given me more perspective on the world and people in it. My perspective has opened up different opportunities and has given me the belief to follow these opportunities.

    To embrace failure is not to make failure feel better. Failure feels terrible and it should feel terrible. To embrace failure is to feel this terrible feeling. To soak this feeling in and do whatever it take to not feel it again. To use failure as a learning opportunity. When failure happens the important thing is to reflect on the failure and be curious as to why it happened and how you can avoid it next time.

    Failure can be a motivator because it is so painful. The pain should not stop you from taking action the pain should motivate you to be more prepared. Failure can not be avoided but can be mitigated. The mitigation is your preparedness. How much did you practice? How much did you learn? How much effort did you put in?

    People want things for free but when you get something for free you do not get the full value out of it. When something is given to you it is easy come easy go. When you work hard and spend your own money on something you appreciate it and value that thing a lot higher.

    It is in our nature to help someone out of pain but it does not help is given without being earned. It may help temporarily but eventually the person will revert back because the lesson was not learned. People need to sit in their pain to learn the lesson or they need to change by proving it, by earning it. Once people prove they want to change thats when help and love will wash over them like a tsunami.

    You are not the only one going through problems. Solutions are out there if you search for them. The best way to find them is to find people going through what you went through and ask them how they made it through.

    It is not necessary for you to struggle. Other people have struggled already. Learn from them.

    Being comfortable is a luxury rarely achieved. Learn how to make a decision without being comfortable.

    Not making a decision is worse than making no decision. A wrong decision is better than no decision. Make a decision, see what happens and then adapt.

    Entrepreneur and businessman Tai Lopez says that you should use the 1/3 rule to allocate your time.

    1. Spend 1/3 of your time with people ahead of you.
    2. 1/3 of your time with people who are equal to you.
    3. And 1/3 of your time with people behind you.

    Always be reaching for the next level and paying what you know forward. There will always be someone better than you so surround yourself with these people. Even though there are people better than you someone wants to be where you are at so be grateful for what you have. Teach people and pass down what you have learned. Learn the perspective of each person and you will become more valuable.
