What image comes to mind when you think about winners? How does the person look, sound and act?

For example a loser is usually slouched over with their head down and talk very softly.

How you use your body affects your mind set. If you look like a loser you will act like a loser.

The fear is there so we must acknowledge it. We must see the fear and live with the fear. We must have the strength and courage to be in that uncomfortable place and still take action. Take action in spite of the fear. When our mind is telling us NO! We still move forward because we know that is the right thing to do. Eventually the fear becomes an excitement. We still feel the fear but it does not stop us or paralyze us. The fear encourages us that we are on the right path.
