Whether you are right and want all the credit is the same as whether you are wrong and don’t want all the blame. Either way take full responsibility of the situation, how you handled it and what you said. Ultimately what you do is your choice and yours alone. Where you work, who your friends are and what you do with your time. Do not blame other people for your decisions. Understand yourself and if you are wrong then reflect on the situation and get better.

Take the time to review where you are at. Look at how far you have come. Feel the progress from where you are now and where you were.
What have you accomplished that you didn’t even think was possible?
What are some of the major lessons you have taken away from the hardships you have been through?
What are you most proud of?
What are you least proud of?
Reflect back on your life and use it as an ultimate learning experience for where you are going. Where are you going?
What do you want to do and accomplish?
What are you working towards? Have you made progress? Why? Why not?
Out of all the things you could do what would be the one next step that would make the biggest difference towards reaching your ultimate goals
Look forward to where you want to be and you will find a way to get there. Focus on what you want. What do you want? Why do you want this?
This why is your driving force. The bigger the WHY the more motivation and determination you will have to accomplish you goals. Goals change over time so you have to STOP and REFLECT.
