There are many processes and many of them are wrong or outdated.
In an office environment, I ask why we do things a certain way. The response I get is because it’s always been done that way. Every time I hear this answer it does not instill confidence in me.
For me to trust the process I want to hear about better results, minimizing risk and more effective.
You should not blindly trust the process. The process should earn your trust.
Productivity is the process it takes to create something. When you produce something there are outputs or outcomes. To be more productive then the output has to be clearly defined. The process is not as important as the outcome. When you get the outcome you want then the process will change to get there. Production should be open to change as to get what results better and faster. Being more productive means wasting less and maximizing resources.
As soon as a thought comes into your mind the ego tries to claim it. Instead of the best idea winning we want our idea to win. People in companies like to do things their way because they came up with it. New ideas are dismissed even though they might be better. They are dismissed because things are done the way they have always been done.
The idea of meritocracy is letting the best ideas win out. Even if the idea is not yours you will embrace it because fundamentally it is a better idea. Great ideas get the greatest results. When you lose the attachment of yours vs someone else’s you can look at the ideas without biased.
What do you think is going to happen?
Look into the future and guess what is going to happen.
Look at other people and see the results they are getting.
If you do “A” action then you will get “B” results.
If you want “B” results then just copy the “A” action. There is a science of achievement. Success leaves clues and if you follow the breadcrumbs it will lead you to where you want to go. Start with the outcome in mind.

You know what to do so do it! Take action! Gain power!
Believe all the action you take will be worth it!
See the results from the massive action! Are these the results you want? Yes, then do it more. No, then change it up.
Once you get what you want, CELEBRATE!
To get better outcomes you need to know exactly what outcomes you want. Once you are fully aware of what you want, this allows you to make better decisions. The better decisions you make the better the outcomes you will get.

If you do not think you are the best you will not take the action to get the best results. You have to think about what is possible. You have to believe. You have to take action to get the results. Anything stopping you from this is a lie. If you are not as confident as possible then you are lying to yourself. The more results you see the more you will believe in yourself and the more action you will take. You are the one in control of what you are focusing on and the action you are taking.
To be the best you have to do whatever it takes to be the best. You must take the action that is the only way. You can make excuses and they may be true but if you do not do what it takes then you will not get the results. If nothing else matters besides the end result then you must find a way to get that result. There will be ancillary results but if you get that one result that matters then that is what matters. I hear stories of Steve Jobs and Donald Trump making people mad but in the end they get the job done.
Stuff happens but what do you do about it. How do you react to the conditions that the world gives you. We are not guaranteed a good hand in life. We are not even guaranteed life. So what does this mean? It means that we have control over how we react and the decisions that we make. We do not have control over what happens to us. It is your decisions that you have the most control over to change your life. The decision on how you see the world. The decision on how you see your self. The decision on what time to wake up. The decision to go party or to work. I’m not saying any of these are good or bad but you will get different results based off your different decisions.
For most people the most abundant resource they have is time. They do not have money, social connection, talents, skills, or knowledge but they do have time. If this is you then you have to make time work for you.
Just because you are not getting the results you want right away does not mean you should quit. Some things just take more time. If you understand the concept of compounding interest then you know the more time will equal more results.
Keep working hard. Keep learning. Keep improving.
