    Practice More Patience

Getting caught up in the future can give you anxiety because there is a gap between where you are where you want to be.

We are always chasing a dream and looking for the next big score.

Practicing more patience means being grateful for what you have currently. It means accepting and sacrificing a little bit now for more later. It means bringing more awareness in the present so you can listen and respond better for what is to come.

Stop being in a rush because you might miss what is right in front of you.

Even though you may know what you want it doesn’t come easy. You must pay the price. If you want a new computer you must know how much it cost then you must have the money to pay for it. If you don’t have the money then how are you going to get it. Maybe you have to pick up an extra shift or maybe you need a part time job.

If you want to play an instrument then you have to practice. Pick a time to devote to practice. Not everything is paid in money. Sometimes you have to pay in your time or favors.

Everything has a price. Sometimes the prices are hidden and sometimes the price is really high. Just know the cost because there is no way around it.

There are many thing you do that are not helping you get what you want. Common excuses:

    “I don’t have the time.”

    “I can’t afford that.”

    “I am not good enough.”

These excuses are because you do not want to change or adjust your lifestyle to get to the next level. There will never be more than 24 hrs in a day. What are you willing to give up doing to get what you want. You will never make more money if you keep doing and buying what you are now. What you willing to stop buying or start doing to get more money. You will never get better unless you put in the work. What are you willing to give up doing in order to get better?

Blog #197 – These Two Things Always Pay-Off

    1. Dedication
    2. Hard-work

Sometimes if there is not an immediate result then people lose motivation and focus. We are easily bored and have a short attention span. Time is the most valuable asset everyone has so no one wants to waste their time. If you are trying to lose wait the people think the worst thing is to waste time on something that doesn’t work. They try everything and the pounds never come off. This is frustrating for anyone going through this struggle All they want is the feeling of being fit and sexy.

They want this feeling so bad they will look for solutions to get this result immediately. The pain of staying fat is a motivating thought. So motivating that it causes some people to try and cut corners or take a magic pill where there is no pain and only pleasure.

The pleasure is in the pain. You should not wait until you reach the destination to feel good. You should embrace the pain and do the hard-work. Pay the price and you will gain the reward.
