A mind seed is something you plant and want to create in reality. It could be a job, a house, a relationship, health, confidence, love, happiness. The seed grows on its own but you must know the seeds you are planting in your mind. Then once its planted give the seed the resources it needs. Feed it and nurture it. Let it flourish and grow. Watch it and it will tell you what it wants.
