    When life is full of questions it can get overwhelming. The uncertainty of it all can drive anyone mad. What do I want to do with my life? How am I going to pay bills? Who am I going to marry? Do I want to have kids? How can I be healthy? How can I be happy? Who loves me? What do I believe?

    There are so many questions that can be answered in so many different. I must know who I am to answer these questions. If I get the answer wrong then I need to ask and answer the question again. The better questions I ask myself, the better answers I will come up with. The next challenge is turning these answers into action.

    There is a dark depressive beast in all of us. It loves when we make excuses. It loves when we doubt ourselves. It loves when we overthink and procrastinate. The beast feeds on all of this negative energy. Every time you don’t do something you want to do or every time you lie to yourself you are feeding the beast a big juicy steak. Until you are free from the beast you will not be free. Until the beast no longer scares you then you will live in fear and regret. Take control of your thoughts and actions. Take control of your decisions.

    Say and attract what you want without using the word “but”. Once you say “but” you have killed all you momentum and started going in the other direction.

    Be confident and certain.

    There may be hurdles and challenges along the way and you will get over them no matter what. When you start believing in yourself and do what you say you are going to do then magic starts happening.

    No on is going to stop you besides yourself. When you are certain where you are going then people are attracted to that certainty. Be your own number one fan and believe in yourself.
