The only thing that matters is your vision and determination. How much effort are you willing to put in? If you put in stick figure effort you will get stick figure rewards. Are you truly putting your all into what you are doing or are you just trying to get things done?

The reward is not directly proportional to the amount of effort you give. The reward is in proportion to the amount of value you give.
Everyone has the same 24 hrs in a day. No one has more hours in a day than you. The difference is how people use those hours.

What are you offering? To make money you have to be selling something. You are selling you time, talents, knowledge, service, or product. These are all things that you can sell. Some of them costs the same amount of time but can be sold an infinite amount of times. This is the fastest way to make money is to create something that a bunch of people want. You could sell a book, a song, real estate on a blog, air space on a podcast. There are many things that can be easily replicated without extra effort.
No matter what the situation, product, content, or conversation. Your goal should be to add more value. Your presence must make things better than they currently are. The more value you add to other people’s lives, the more value will be in your own. You should learn something new and improve upon yourself everyday because the more valuable you are the more you can help other people. The more valuable you are the more people will want to work with you. Value is ambiguous because it means more than just money. Value can be through contributions, knowledge, actions, items, arts, feelings, communications. You must figure out ways to transfer this value into other people’s lives. This will build your business. This will build your fan-base.
