    Anything you want to do more or less of needs to be measured. If you want to be healthier track your food and calories. Look at how many times you goto the gym in a week, a month and a year. Only from these numbers can you track the changes you want to make.

    This is done for us in financials. We can look at our bank account and see how much money we have.

    In your relationships track how many dates and conversations you’ve had with that person.

    Then based off whether you want more or less you can increase or decrease these numbers. Every week my phone tells me how much time I’ve spent on it. This is one thing I use in my life to manage my screen time.

    I am constantly changing as the thoughts going through my head change.

    The world and I are connected like never before. Love has spread to me like never before and people from all over the world are supporting me. I am doing what makes me happy and I am making other people happy.

This light can overtake the darkness and let you see the path clearly. Even in the dark the light will bring you warmth and comfort.

They want to know that if other people have done it then they can do it too. Everyone is looking at each other for what is good. People are looking at you when you write a review or make a recommendation. When you get the social proof people need then you are more likely to make a sale.

Be known for the right reasons. Be known for helping others. Be known for quality, value, trust, kindness, empathy, a problem solver, creative, enthusiastic. Be known for always being there when people need it. Be known for the work that you do.

This is why you should always be doing kind acts for people when you have the means to do so. You will never know when the tables are turned and you need someone to do something for you. If are giving small acts of kindness these can have huge returns. The more you give the more you live.
