The Secret is to give more. Figure out was to give more. There are many ways to give and you have to find the way that works best for you.
The three best ways to give are the three T’s:
1. Time
2. Talents
3. Treasure/Money
Being present and giving your time is the most valuable way to give because this is the most limited resource. Give your time wisely.
Very rarely is it sink or swim. Most of the time people put their toe in the water to test the water. This is the same with everything else. Before you are given everything you want you are tested with a little. Take money for example. If you have a little bit of money, manage it properly, and make a return then it becomes a lot. This is true for everything else to. If you take care of things you will be given more things.
Love things and things will love you back.
To show respect you must pay respect. You pay respect in the words you say and the actions you take. To truly understand a person, employ empathy. Put yourself in the other person’s shoes and give them the benefit of the doubt. Once the whole situation is understood then pay your respect.
Loving someone is more than just saying it. Loving is a verb. It’s actions you take to make their lives’ easier and better. You can see things about them that they can’t see themselves. Do not call them out on the shortcomings. Help them where they fall short. Lift them up when they are down. Show them how great they are and let them show you how great you are.
Nothing in life comes easy. There are growing pains in going from where you at to where you want to be. There will be times you feel like giving up. There will be times you stuck and feel like you are going no where. There will be times when all the pressure is on you and you are all alone.
If you knew something was going to be hard then why would you want to do it. Why do you workout? Why do you goto a job? If you see an end goal that lights you up then it will get you through the darkest times. If you are becoming the person of your dreams the you will gladly suffer.
What is worth the suffering for you?
Are you stuck? Are you lost? Are you lonely? Are you sad?
Whatever the problem is there are answers out there. You must know what the problem is and be vulnerable enough to ask for help. Ask everyone. Ask no one. Ask anyone.
You will not get any answers unless you ask questions. Questions are the key to show you the way. The better questions you ask the better answers you will receive.
The world is so enormous and beyond any humans comprehension. It is impossible to know everything. You must develop a relationship with your unknowing. The better you are capable at dealing with your unknowing the better decisions you will make.

If it wasn’t for people no one would pay me.
If it wasn’t for people there would be no businesses.
If you do something then who do you do it for. Are you doing it for yourself or for someone else? If it’s someone else then you have to ask what they want or what makes them happy? If you truly know what someone wants then you can deliver it to them.
If you want to be a number one then you have to deliver like a number one.
Who is the best at what you want to do? Do what they do!
The 1% do what the 99% wont.
Know what you know and know what you don’t know. You don’t need to know every bit of information to make a decision or take action. If you can’t make a decision then learn the minimum amount needed.
Research, Learn, Ask, Search
Being comfortable is a luxury rarely achieved. Learn how to make a decision without being comfortable.
Not making a decision is worse than making no decision. A wrong decision is better than no decision. Make a decision, see what happens and then adapt.
