Average is an attainable goal. No one starts out average it takes work to be able to be lumped into the category of average. Who is the average employee? Who is the average singer? Who is the average person? These people have talent. In the sameness of average comes greatness. If the goal is to do something average then sometimes it will be better and sometimes it will be worse. There is no shame in average.
