Unless you better yourself then you will always stay in the same place.
To get the where I want to be it requires me to learn and grow.
I do not want to stay in the same place that I am. I want to be greater than I am today, smarter than I am, richer, healthier and wealthier.
The best way to learn something is to teach it.
Right now someone is trying to get to where I am at. As I am learning myself I pay it foreword to all those on the same path.
To be a better you then you need to hang out with people better than you. You need to know everyone around you. You need to know their name and what influence they have on you. You need to know what motivates them (pain, pleasure, significance, certainty, uncertainty, growth, love or contribution). You need to notice how the people around you feel and how they treat you. You need to employ empathy and understanding. The more you understand your surroundings the more you will understand yourself and vice versa.
