noiz viol8ion blog #348 – No Regrets and No Fears

One of my greatest fears is to have regrets when I’m older. I want to live my life in a way that will limit this fear. I do not want to be paralyzed by fears. I want to be empowered by them.

The goal is to live my life to the fullest. I want to impact as many people and help as many people as I can. Doing whatever it takes.

Blog #255 – Is this scarier than Dying?

Many people claim their biggest fear is public speaking. WHY?

You will not die if you give a bad speech. There is no danger to your physical well being.

The reason people are scared is because they are scared of what people will think about them. They think they will be judged and be disliked.

You will not be good at public speaking or anything else the first time you do it. That is why you must practice doing the things your scared of.

Practice eliminates fear. Dedication eliminates fear. Passion and gratitude eliminate fear. Seeing things as opportunities to grow eliminates fear.

Blog #254 – Accept your Fears

Fears are a chemical feedback in your body from a stimulus. It makes you feel and react a certain way. The way you react to this sensation in your body is up to you and can be trained.

Fear was designed for a flight or fight response. Fear has kept the human race alive for many generations and will continue to do so.

The first response by nearly the whole world was to retract and hide from the corona-virus. This initial reaction was not based on facts but on fear.

Fear can be a good thing once its learned and accepted. It can cause us to do great things.

Life rewards the actions that you take.

You get what the market thinks you deserve not what you think you deserve.

There is no time for doubts and fears.

The action you take will cause the results you get.

Know what you want and take the right action to get it.

Learn from people who have done it before.

Don’t regret the actions you never took.

    Fear is an emotion.

    Definition of emotion

as strong feeling usually directed toward a specific object and typically accompanied by physiological and behavioral changes in the body

    Webster Dictionary

There is an uncontrollable reaction in our mind and body to fear. Fear will make us do things that we would not normally do. Fear makes us think things we would not normally think.

Do not let the throughts of fear paralyze you.

Only Thing We Have to Fear Is Fear Itself

    Franklin D. Roosevelt

Most of what people worry about never happens so why do we worry so much. We worry because it is uncontrollable. Fear bubbles up out of no where and infects our minds. The demons and nightmares in our minds become a reality because we can feel the pain. The mind makes these fears real through our emotions, physiology and behavior. The fear is there so we must acknowledge it. We must see the fear and live with the fear. We must have the strength and courage to be in that uncomfortable place and still take action. Take action in spite of the fear. When our mind is telling us NO! We still move forward because we know that is the right thing to do. Eventually the fear becomes an excitement. We still feel the fear but it does not stop us or paralyze us. The fear encourages us that we are on the right path.

    Now FEAR becomes:

  • Blog #147 – Gotta Risk it for the Biscuit

Put yourself out there and take risks. Nothing is going to come your way if you stay doing the same thing that you have always been doing. For things to change you have to change. Commit your all into progressing and improving yourself. The more you invest in yourself the better you will be for your career, your relationships, and health. Turn you should’s into musts and raise the standard for yourself (Tony Robbins) because you can do more than you think you can. You can do anything you put your mind to as long as you stay positive and are not afraid to fail. Failure is a prat of life and is only a lesson on the way to success. You must take calculated risks. If you fall then get back up. One day you will not fall and your dreams will come true. Take the time to make yourself great because it will be worth it in the end.

  • Blog #146 – Do it for yourself

Be one with yourself. Accept yourself for who you are. Forgive yourself for anything your holding on to. View everything as a learning experience. Take the time every morning to be grateful for who you are. Center you mind, body and spirit. Forgive those in your life may have wronged you. Thank them for teaching you a lesson. Show people the love that you wish to be shown. Take care of yourself so you can take care of others. Happiness is forgiveness. Do not hold onto guilt. Do not live a life in fear. Let go of fear and embrace love. If you need a helping hand then look at the end of your arm. If someone is struggling then embrace them. Show them love. The biggest jerk needs the most love. Stay golden. Stay in a beautiful state. Do it for yourself.

  • Blog #144 – Is Fear Holding you Back?

    Fear is passion in disguise.

The fear feeling is never going to go away no matter how many times you do something that feeling will always be there. Instead of letting this feeling slow you down and intimidate you, use the feeling as motivation. Use this as a sign to remind you of how much you care and to do your best in spite of this paralyzing feeling.

Most fear unless it is actually life threatening is just your mind playing tricks on you. It is your ego thinking that you will become less than you are. The fear of rejection. The fear of failure. These are real fears but the worst is succumbing to these fears. Not taking the chance or shooting the shot leads to regret and “what if”‘s

Live a life with no regrets. Take chances!
