You do things because they are important to you. You try so hard because you want to look good in front of other people. You want to be seen as a professional and you don’t want to make mistakes because it will make you look bad. This is all in your head. Everyone else does not give a shit about whether you succeed. Unless you tie your missions together other people will not care if you fail or not. Unless they buy into your success as their success then they could care less about what you are doing. It may feel like everyone is judging you but really no one cares. They have their own life going on.

Doing what is right is not always doing what feels the best.
Take your personal feelings out of the equation. It does not matter if you are scared or depressed or anxious. The only thing that matters is getting the result that you want.
Other people will judge you and your work. Work so hard that there judging where you were at. Get better everyday.

Each person has their own perspective about the world and a situation. Everyone puts a filter on the world. Some people can try on other filters and some leave theirs on thinks theirs is right while everyone else’s is wrong. As they look through this filter they judge things as right or wrong, good or bad. People are romantic about how they think things should go and get upset when they don’t go that way.
If we see things as they are in the moment and not get caught up in seeing things as the way they think they should be we will be a lot more observant. Take the judgement out of it and just observe. Soak in all the information, process it and make the best decision.
