Unless you better yourself then you will always stay in the same place.
To get the where I want to be it requires me to learn and grow.
I do not want to stay in the same place that I am. I want to be greater than I am today, smarter than I am, richer, healthier and wealthier.
The best way to learn something is to teach it.
Right now someone is trying to get to where I am at. As I am learning myself I pay it foreword to all those on the same path.
There is a push/pull, give/take a coach must employ to be effective. To do this,
The two things a coach needs to balance is:
1. Force
2. Empathy
Coaching is about getting all the potential you can out of someone. It is about the player reaching new levels they never thought was possible.
To coach and influence you yourself must have full belief that what you are asking/telling someone to do is doable. When someone has this unshakeable belief then FORCE is applied. This force can be in the form of practice or action that needs to be taken to get the desired result.
In the moment there are times to push it and times to rest. There are times to double down and there are times to change it up. There are times of strong confidence and there are times of doubt. Everyone has their strength’s and weakness’s. A good coach uses EMPATHY to know what tool to use and when.
Having a coach can be a faster way to reach your goals. Someone who has traveled the path you are trying to go down.
The only way to see beyond what your limited vision and mind lets you see is having a guide. Someone who has been there before and that will help you navigate through all the obstacles. With this guide you must trust them and believe in them. You must commit to them and follow through when they ask you to do something. Things may be scary for you but a guide will push you when you need to be pushed. They will embrace you when you need it. This trust and belief will guide you to beyond your current limitations.
Step outside of yourself and imaging looking down on yourself. See the timeline of where you started, where you are now and where you want to go. Right now you are not where you want to be. The only way to get to where you want to be is to adopt a proven process that gets you the results you want. You must trust the process and the process will take you to new heights you never thought were imaginable.
To show respect you must pay respect. You pay respect in the words you say and the actions you take. To truly understand a person, employ empathy. Put yourself in the other person’s shoes and give them the benefit of the doubt. Once the whole situation is understood then pay your respect.
Everyone has big dreams but many times that is just what they are dreams. They do not see a clear path to achieving or living these dreams so they stay dreams. Either people do not believe in themselves or they have no plan to get their. The universe helps those who help themselves.
You must put yourself in a situation to succeed. Whether you have a mentor and you come up with a plan on your own plan. You must map out your path to success. Set up the dominos and each one you know down will be bigger than the last one.
