Change your mind to see obstacles as opportunities. When something is in your way then what do you have to do to overcome it? Who do you have to be to conquer the obstacle?
When you are able to overcome the obstacles then you can help other people overcome them as well.
There are only so many opportunities you will get in your life so when they come make sure you are ready for them. These opportunities disguise themselves as problems or challenges. They are usually something you have never done before so you must be willing to take the leap into the unknown. Taking an opportunity will make you grow immediately. You will be brighter, wiser, and people will notice something is different about you. You are not a person who waits you are someone who goes out and gets what they want. Unless you take the first opportunity you will not get the next one. You will never write a second best selling book unless you write your first book. Welcome and take the leap at opportunity or else it will always be lingering over you. The best solution is to get it done. No matter what the outcome is. Celebrate the courage to take a chance and learn from it.
Stay positive, have faith and believe that your chance is coming otherwise you might not notice it. Stay focused on what you want and never take an opportunity for granted. Know that you can get what you want because your positive energy must outweigh everyone else’s negative energy. Believe in yourself and have fun doing it.
There is no other option. There is no plan B. Make one hell of a plan A and execute to your fullest ability. Do not give yourself excuses or alternatives. If you have a vision then you should be 100% committed to getting the job done.
Be prepared for challenges and obstacles and have a plan to get through them. These are minor compared to how major you accomplishing your dreams. You will either succeed or learn. There is no failure. There is also no success unless you take shots. The more shots you take the more opportunities you will have. In baseball if you get a hit 1 out of 3 times you have a great chance to end up in the hall of fame.
Keep your head high and keep swinging the bat.
Now is the time to take action.
Now is the time to live your dreams.
Stop waiting for a chance. Stop waiting for an opportunity.
Create the life you want.
Now is your chance.
Determine your standards for what is acceptable.
I am harder on myself than anyone else. This lets me handle criticism well but is not good for self acceptance.
Sometimes the standards we set for ourselves our unachievable. We can have huge enormous goals but we also have to have micro goals. These micro goals give pleasure and momentum through small wins. Eventual enough small wins add up to big results.
This is the land of opportunity.
If you have a dream then this is the place you want to be. In no other place do you have a chance to control your own destiny as much as you do here in America.
You have all of these rights and privileges because there were tons of people who fought for you to have them.
The people who disrupt the status quo will be met with resistance.
When we are lost we look around at people to see what they are doing. We will see what they are doing and then either be motivated to step up our game or demoralized. Either way you need to stop looking at what others are doing and focus on what you are doing.
Stop looking at social media and wishing you had what they have.
Be grateful for your own life and take advantage of the opportunities in front of you.
