Blog #231 – Let Go to Let In More

Learn to let go of old habits, old ideas, old thoughts, old patterns, old beliefs, old diets, old failures and the old you.

The past performance does not equal future results.

Holding onto the past keeps you in the past.

We are now in a new world and if you do not let go of the old one then you will never embrace the new one.

Imagine letting go of all your past pain, all the tension in your body, all the worries and anxieties in your mind. These are now removed from your life and are replaced with different pain, worries, and anxieties. You must practice releasing these things to make room for greater things.

    Blog #173 – Unconditional LOVE

Who do you show unconditional love to?

Who shows unconditional love to you?

These are the real people in your life. The conversations with these people are unlike any other that you would have. The thing is people show love in many different ways. Some people show love by giving people gifts. Some people show love by showering people with compliments. Some people show love by worrying endlessly about the other person. Some people show love by the way the touch the other person. Some people show love by being brutaly honest with people. Some of these ways to show love can be misconstrued by the other person. This is misunderstood because we often forget the first step. The first step is to let them know how much we care about them. If we are on the receiving end of this tough love then we must assume how much the other person cares.

People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.

  • Blog #129 – You are going FAIL!

All of your worst nightmares will come true. You will be embarrassed and will want to quit. You will wonder why you even wanted to go down this path in the first place. You are going to be made fun of. You are going to have people not like you. There is going to be critics telling you to quit. There is going to be competition that is smarter and better than you. You will fall in the mud and feel like things cannot possibly get any worse. You will hit rock bottom.

Is any of this going to change who you are? Are you going to let any of this discourage you? How are you going to react when this happens?

Adversity is a part of life. Most of the bad things we stress about never happen. We cannot avoid all the bad things and when they do happen we use those to make us stronger.
