    You should be taking care of business and getting through your to do list everyday. Make it a habit to your top priority items done everyday. Sometimes you are not as motivated as you want to be or you just don’t feel like doing the next thing on your list. You can either not do it or find a way to get it done. Find a way by asking yourself this question.

    How can I have as much fun as possible while getting this task done?

    By answering this question the task will be more fun and you might enjoy yourself while doing it. You must know yourself and what will lift you up and motivate you to do the best job you can do. You will be having fun and living in the moment while getting things done.

  • Blog #139 – Seek and You Shall Find

    You should always be looking for ways to improve. Improve everything you do. Look for ways to improve your writing, look for ways to improve your speech, look for ways to improve your posture, look for ways to improve your profession, look for ways to improve your relationships, look for ways to improve your art.

    If you are always looking for ways to to improve then ways will reveal themselves. Everyone wants a better life but you must take the actions that will get you there.

    If you are always searching then you will also get better at looking. You will see multiple options that you can take. You loose the sense of scarcity and you are no longer taking only what is given to you. You are choosing from the best options and taking the best action. You are setting yourself up to succeed.

  • Blog #138 – Listen before you speak

    Many people only care about what they have to say so let them say it. Most people when someone else is talking is thinking about what they are going to say. They are waiting for their turn to talk and not actually listening to what the other person is saying. If you are a good listener then your response will address what the other person had to say.

  • Blog #137 – Success Leaves Clues

    There is no need to reinvent the wheel. If someone has already done what you are trying to do then steal their methods. They have shown you a blueprint of what works and the results that you will get if you do what they do. Copying their blueprint is way better than starting from scratch.

    Success leaves clues so if you want to be successful the you must study successful people and do what they do. You must ask wonderful questions to get wonderful answers. If you are seeking for wonderful answers then you will find wonderful answers.

    Study the greats and see how they made it. What was their mindset? What was their goals? What did they do?

    Gathering all the best information and steal their secrets for yourself. Once you steal it it becomes yours and you can elevate yourself to new heights. We are all standing on the shoulders of giants. Use their wisdom.

  • Blog #136 – Do Not Forget Where you Came From

    Remember all the people who were there for you when you were nobody and celebrate the love they gave you. These are the people that love you for who you are not what you have become. Take time to show them thanks and rejoice and relive the moments y’all had together. True friends are hard to come by so when you find some make sure you treat them right. These are the people that will keep you grounded. These are the friends that will always have your back and be there for you when you need them. Take care of these people.

  • Blog #135 – Stay Motivated!

    Do whatever it takes to stay hungry and motivated. This is a tricky art and will require sacrifices. You will have to give up something, whether it be family, money, time, friends, or success. If you want to party every weekend you will have to give up time and money. If you want to be good at a skill then you will have to sacrifice friends and partying.

    Motivation can come about in different ways. The people you work with can motivate you to do a better job. They can be entertaining and you enjoy coming into work everyday.

    Competition can be motivating. You want to be better than the competition so you work hard and find ways to differentiate yourself.

    Significance can be motivating. You want to be the best so you feel important so you find ways to stand out and deliver the best quality you can.

    Learning and growth can be motivating. You want to be better than you are now so you do the work to make yourself better.

    Love can be motivating. Love is driving you to be better to take care of yourself and your loved ones. It can never get old if you love what you do.

  • Blog #134 – First things First

    The first thing you have to do is committ. Up until now you have thought about what you want and why you want it. There is a million reasons why you should do it and two million reason why you shouldn’t or can’t do it. If your why is compelling enough and you wish to pursue something then you must commit to paying whatever price is necessary to get it.

    You have to commit to doing whatever it takes to get the job done. You have to know that distractions will come and problems will try to derail you. These are resistance and roadblocks to test you to see if you really want it. You must breakthrough these by really committing. You must commit to sacrifice and do whatever is necessary. You must believe in your word that whatever you say will get done.

  • Blog #133 – Copy, Lie and Steal

    Do not be afraid to copy, steal, replicate anything that resonates and inspires you to push your boundaries further.

    Use things from everywhere whether it be musical, theatrical, writing, technical, social media, or educational.

    We are all trying to get better at something so use everything you can to get better. No one will have the exact same inspirations as you so the more you copy from these sources the more uniquely you the end product will be.

    The fastest way to learn is from those who have done it before. Figure out why it worked when they did it and how that can apply to what you are doing.

  • Blog #132 – Stay Clear of This

    It is important to notice when you are distracted and go back to focusing on what matters most. People will veer you off course. People will bring you down. This might not be on purpose but no one wants to see you suceed as much as you do. You have to take care of all your own business first. You must do what needs to be done.

    You must simply be. Be the superhero of your own movie. Be a person of action. Be the person that gets things done. Be the person you want to be. Stay focused by being you and staying true in what you believe in. Know your end goal.

    Write down your own story and live it. Once you have a blueprint put it into action and live the life of your dreams.

  • Blog #131 – Macro Patience Micro Speed

    Be patient and keep working hard. Work as hard and as smart as you possibly can. Work consistently without the need of praise. Work for self satisfaction. Take pride in what you are doing. Take pride in the quality of work you do. Take pride in the consistency of showing up to work every single day and giving it your all. Take pride in the passion you exude when you are accomplishing a task. Take pride in the finished product of work that you can share with other. Take pride in the results when they come.

    The results you want will not be there immediately so have the patience and passion to keep working anyways. The results will eventually come but if you stay in the moment and do not let the result distract you from keeping on the day to day grind they will compound and get bigger.
