There is no way to tell for certain what the future will hold for you. There are ways you can predict and this is what you should do. Know what dangers lie ahead of you. Know what the worst that can happen. Once you know the dangers that lie ahead then plan for it. Be covered for the worst possible scenario so you are safe and secure. Knowing that you have planned ahead lets you proceed with confidence. You will not be able to plan for everything but don’t let anything take you out of the game.

When life is full of questions it can get overwhelming. The uncertainty of it all can drive anyone mad. What do I want to do with my life? How am I going to pay bills? Who am I going to marry? Do I want to have kids? How can I be healthy? How can I be happy? Who loves me? What do I believe?
There are so many questions that can be answered in so many different. I must know who I am to answer these questions. If I get the answer wrong then I need to ask and answer the question again. The better questions I ask myself, the better answers I will come up with. The next challenge is turning these answers into action.

If you want to do anything great then you can’t do it alone. You will need a team of great people around you. These are the people you are working for. They are not working for you. You are working for them.
It is always a two way communication flow. You are not delegating and giving order. You are listening and providing feedback.
You must be willing to do anything and everything that you are asking other people to do. Leadership is by example. If you want people to work hard then you must work twice as hard. Effort and quality are contagious so you must build the environment in which these grow. You are creating a culture with your energy, your vocabulary, metaphors, stories, people, actions, attire, food and growth.
Lead with confidence and certainty so you can give it to everyone else. Empower people to be better than they are and push them out of their comfort zone. Always moving forward.

If you are not clear on exactly what you want then it is like swimming around in muddy waters. You could be swimming in circles and have no idea. Unless you see the path then there is no way to tell your on it.
How do you know what thoughts and ideas to follow and which ones to leave alone?
Your focus should not be cheap. Stop letting your devices and notifications steal away your focus. Take the time to plan and commit to your craft and work. Create a focus area where you can work without distractions. Be willing to block out everything else and focus on one thing.

Be confident and certain.
There may be hurdles and challenges along the way and you will get over them no matter what. When you start believing in yourself and do what you say you are going to do then magic starts happening.
No on is going to stop you besides yourself. When you are certain where you are going then people are attracted to that certainty. Be your own number one fan and believe in yourself.
