noiz viol8ion blog #531 – Time Does Not Equal Quality

The longer you spend working on something does not mean that it will be better quality. Just because you spend 100 hrs working on a project does not mean that it will be 100 times better than a project you spent 1 hr on. There is no direct correlation to time and quality.

noiz viol8ion blog #530 – The Problem is NOT The Problem

You are the problem. The more you feed the problem the bigger it will become and the more control it will have over you. The problem and solution are not external, they are both internal and must come from inside of you. Your beliefs, attitudes and actions must change. Unless you change then nothing will change.

noiz viol8ion blog #529 – Why you have problems?

The answers to all your problems are right in front of you. You already know what you need to know to take the next step. You already have what you need to make your next move. You can already give everything you need to give.

You have problems because you have emotional attachments to the problems. They are your problems and no one can take them away from you. Your identity is wrapped up in the problem. Without the problem you would not be the same person. If you didn’t have the problem then what you are doing would not be ok.

noiz viol8ion blog #528 – Feed the Content Beast

Every website is looking for content. There is a trail of breadcrumbs across the internet. Small blogs feed into larger websites which feed into national news. One little tweet or post can make a huge headline. This leads to social proof. If everyone is talking about something then it must be true right? If everyone “likes” something then it must be good, right?

The people posting and the people feeding the beast are the ones in control. There is no story if there is not a post about it or a link to share. If you are the one feeding the beast then you are the one in control. Start small and deep, create your niche and then branch out from there.

noiz viol8ion blog #527 – The Media Lie

Most of media is not designed to inform you. Media is a business just like Hollywood movies. The news wants to bring up an emotion in you. They want to grab you attention and make you watch like your life depends on it. They want you to share the story like you are saving other people’s lives. The people reporting this “news” has no ethics and is only after likes and clicks. They dramatize and exaggerate because there has to be breaking news every single second of every single day.

  • noiz viol8ion blog #526 – Embrace Failure

    noiz viol8ion blog #526 – Embrace Failure

To embrace failure is not to make failure feel better. Failure feels terrible and it should feel terrible. To embrace failure is to feel this terrible feeling. To soak this feeling in and do whatever it take to not feel it again. To use failure as a learning opportunity. When failure happens the important thing is to reflect on the failure and be curious as to why it happened and how you can avoid it next time.

Failure can be a motivator because it is so painful. The pain should not stop you from taking action the pain should motivate you to be more prepared. Failure can not be avoided but can be mitigated. The mitigation is your preparedness. How much did you practice? How much did you learn? How much effort did you put in?

    noiz viol8ion blog #525 – Recommendations

The best compliment you can get is a recommendation from someone who received help from you. You solved someone’s problem. You gave someone a service. You did something so great that someone recommended you to someone else. A recommendation is a compliment. When someone recommends you they are putting their own credibility on the line. You must take recommendations as a badge of honor.

    noiz viol8ion blog #524 – Marketing 101

Who is your market and what is there pain point?

When you want to market to someone you must know who your market is. You must exagerate the pain of the problem. Accentuate the pain and bring it to the forefront. The pain is so bad that the person is willing to try anything to get rid of it. They are willing to try anything but only you have a vehicle/product/service that will get them from where they are currently to where they want to be. Where they want to be is out of pain and have their problem solved. Your product will do this guaranteed or they will continue to be in pain. If they use another product they will continue to be in pain.

Highlight these contrasts with videos, words and sounds.

noiz viol8ion blog #523 – Free is not Free

People want things for free but when you get something for free you do not get the full value out of it. When something is given to you it is easy come easy go. When you work hard and spend your own money on something you appreciate it and value that thing a lot higher.

It is in our nature to help someone out of pain but it does not help is given without being earned. It may help temporarily but eventually the person will revert back because the lesson was not learned. People need to sit in their pain to learn the lesson or they need to change by proving it, by earning it. Once people prove they want to change thats when help and love will wash over them like a tsunami.

noiz viol8ion blog #522 – Question Your Actions

Why are you doing what you are doing?

Why are you at your current job?

How satisfied are you? How can you become more satisfied?

Who are you? How can you know yourself better?

What skills do you have that will benefit others? What can you do to have the greatest positive impact on the world?

How can I do what I am doing but better?

What do I think that is different than everyone else?

How can I bring people together?
