Nobody cares how you feel and nobody can tell how you feel. As long as you get the work done then that is all you need to do. You are on this earth to make a contribution and to serve other people. To be the best server you have to be in your best state of mind. It is like the airline telling you to put your own mask on first before helping others. If you are not in the right state then you could be poisoning your friends and family without knowing it. Nobody can see your inside but they can see your work. Let your work speak for itself and be willing to put it out into the world. Do what you love and share it. Take how you feel out of the equation and just get the work done.

Say and attract what you want without using the word “but”. Once you say “but” you have killed all you momentum and started going in the other direction.
Be confident and certain.
There may be hurdles and challenges along the way and you will get over them no matter what. When you start believing in yourself and do what you say you are going to do then magic starts happening.
No on is going to stop you besides yourself. When you are certain where you are going then people are attracted to that certainty. Be your own number one fan and believe in yourself.

The story you tell yourself can be negative or empowering and the choice is up to you about who you are in your story. Be the hero. Be a winner. Be a problem solver. Be the person you look up to.

Just because you are not getting the results you want right away does not mean you should quit. Some things just take more time. If you understand the concept of compounding interest then you know the more time will equal more results.

Come up with a thesis about what you think will happen, test it, and see what really happens. Write everything down and document your results.
What were you right about? What were you wrong about? Why did you think this would happen? What could you change?
Change different variables and see the results change.
Have a one sentence statement as your thesis. Be very specific and very clear. Make it so simple that your grandma or toddler can understand it.

The world does not care about you. You have to play by the worlds rules and not your own. If you change yourself and improve yourself then you will change your place in the world.

Know that the greater the action you take the greater the results you will gain.
If you want big, enormous results then you have to take giant, humongous action. See the massive gains you are getting and let it fuel your beliefs.

Everyone is going through their own battles that you have no idea about. The best thing you can do is give people the benefit of the doubt and understand they are going through something you just don’t know what it is. Be humble enough to know that people have bigger problems then helping you.
Once you help yourself then you can help others with their problems. You are more likely to help those closest to you. The better you are doing the more you are able to help those further away from you. It all starts with you though. Use patience and compassion. Practice empathy use time to your advantage.
