Never stop learning but do not let learning keep you from taking action. There is a thing as information overload and if you wait til you have all the information you think you need then you will never stop consuming information. You will never take action. At some point you are going to have to make a decision. That decision will be right or wrong and then you will have to correct course.

He says that every time you face a tough decision you should have no less than forty
percent and no more than seventy percent of the information you need to make the decision. If you make a decision with less than forty percent of the information you need you are shooting from the hip and you will make too many mistakes
