    noiz viol8ion blog #736 – Measure to Manage

    Anything you want to do more or less of needs to be measured. If you want to be healthier track your food and calories. Look at how many times you goto the gym in a week, a month and a year. Only from these numbers can you track the changes you want to make.

    This is done for us in financials. We can look at our bank account and see how much money we have.

    In your relationships track how many dates and conversations you’ve had with that person.

    Then based off whether you want more or less you can increase or decrease these numbers. Every week my phone tells me how much time I’ve spent on it. This is one thing I use in my life to manage my screen time.

    noiz viol8ion blog #672 – Compare Escape Velocities

    Below is the formula for escape velocity. This is how fast you need to go to free yourself from where you are stuck at. There are two variables and a constant that you must know to calculate the velocity. The first variable is the gravitational constant. This could be a number of different constants like a problem, a living situation, or a career. If you switch companies you are still performing the same job. It’s not the people, not the pay, nor the location. These things are the second variable, the mass. The mass is all of these important things like who you work with, how much you get paid, where your office is, the perks you get. The last variable is how close you are to the mass if you are extremely close then use 1 or indifferent use 2 and don’t care at all use 3. Use the formula and calculate the escape velocity for your current career, your current relationship, your current problems. Compare velocities with of the same G (company, career, wealth, where to live, friends). The things with the highest velocity will require the most amount of energy to escape.

    v_e= \sqrt {\frac {2GM}{r}}
    v_e=escape velocity
    G=universal gravitational constant
    M=mass of the body to be escaped from
    r=distance from the center of the mass

    People notice the way you treat them. They notice they way you look at them. The hear the words you say to them. People feel the way they are treated. noiz viol8ion blog #499 – Give with Expecting Nothing in Return

    Do nice things for other people because you are a nice person. You do not need a reason to be nice to someone and you shouldn’t do something just because you want something in return. You do these incredible act of kindness not to suck up but to show off how much the person means to you. You show people you care for by doing a bunch of little things for them even if they go unnoticed. It costs nothing to give someone a compliment, it takes a small amount of effort to hold the door open for someone. There are so many little ways to show someone they mean a whole lot to you.

    noiz viol8ion blog #399 – Do Things for those you Love

    Loving someone is more than just saying it. Loving is a verb. It’s actions you take to make their lives’ easier and better. You can see things about them that they can’t see themselves. Do not call them out on the shortcomings. Help them where they fall short. Lift them up when they are down. Show them how great they are and let them show you how great you are.

    noiz viol8ion blog #314 – Contribute to the Greater Good

    Really engage with people because you never know what might happen. There is no better time that the present to have a good time and show people that you really care about them. You also never really know what someone else is going through so if you can brighten their day for a moment then you could have a drastic impact on their life.

    Showing people that you care about them and give them unconditional love never runs out of style. Sometime you can’t do everything or they are not willing to break down their barriers but that should not stop you from being you and being a wonderful person.

    Be as grateful as you can be for anything that someone does for you. Show them how much it means to you that they have spent their time and effort doing something for you. Compliment them on everything they are good at and try to return the favor.
