    Results come from action taken. If you do not have what you want. If you make less money then you want. If your relationship is not what you want. If you do not have the career you want. If you are not happy. If you do not have any of this then you have not taken the action to deserve it.

    The more massive action you take the more massive results you will get. No matter what you want there is some action you can take to get it. The more badly you want something the greater the action you will take. No matter how you feel about the action just DO IT! There is no way around hard work. You have to put yourself out there and feel vulnerable.

    In everything that you do be a leader. If you want help then offer your help first. If you want love then offer you love first. I you want money then offer your money first. You must put yourself on the line for something you believe in if you want others to do the same. If you want to move others then you yourself have to be moved. People need leaders but they will not blindly follow. People need to trust you and you extending your hand first will gain trust.

    This a a great book that talks about the power of vulnerability. There is no shame in vulnerability. Putting yourself out there even though you have failed before is a great skill to cultivate. In baseball it is like stepping up to the plate to a pitcher who has been striking you out all day.

    You need to be completely honest with yourself and everyone else. Honest about your strengths and your weaknesses.

    Put your true self out there no matter what happens.
    Be open to criticism and feedback of others.
    Be so confident in your own skin that others opinions of you have no effect on you as a person.

    Everyone is going through there own battles but you being open about yours makes it easier for other people.

Each new person that knows you will exponentially increase the amount of resources and opportunities that are available to you. Leverage you network for what you need.

    Make yourself professional and pleasant to be around. Provide value to those close to you. Build a reputation for who you are. Be honest and open with people so they can help you. The more people know about you the more they can connect with you.
