Every project is not going to go as planned and in fact more than likely something can and will go wrong. Know that everything will not go as planned and plan for things to go wrong. When things going wrong are expected then everything will go as planned. Think through all the outcomes good and bad. Plan and account for all these situations. Be realistic but not pessimistic.
