    noiz viol8ion blog #421 – Do More!

There is so much I want to do so I am always trying to figure out how to do more. There is nothing I wouldn’t do to reach my goals. I will do as much as I can to reach my potential. When I am done playing the game I want to leave it all on the field. There is nothing worse than the feeling of having regrets. This is the most important thing is to have no regrets. I will do more to limit regret.

    noiz viol8ion blog #407 – Your Standards

Do you set a high bar or keep it low?

It’s easy to lower the bar once you have failed multiple times. Once you lower the bar once you lower it again and then you begin accepting things below your standards. Your life is deteriorating and you don’t know why. You are scared to take risks and go into conservation mode. You know your not happy but don’t know what to do. You dug yourself into a whole and don’t know how to get out.

It is up to you to change your lifestyle. Change your goals. Change your actions. Raise your standards. There is nothing in your way besides yourself.

noiz viol8ion blog #398 – Is it Worth the Suffering?

Nothing in life comes easy. There are growing pains in going from where you at to where you want to be. There will be times you feel like giving up. There will be times you stuck and feel like you are going no where. There will be times when all the pressure is on you and you are all alone.

If you knew something was going to be hard then why would you want to do it. Why do you workout? Why do you goto a job? If you see an end goal that lights you up then it will get you through the darkest times. If you are becoming the person of your dreams the you will gladly suffer.

What is worth the suffering for you?

  • noiz viol8ion blog #385 – Stop Waiting

    noiz viol8ion blog #385 – Stop Waiting

Stop waiting for inspiration. Stop waiting for the right time. Stop waiting for the planets to align. Stop waiting until you learn everything. Stop waiting for the right people. Stop waiting until you believe in yourself. Stop waiting for confidence. Stop waiting until there is no risk. Stop waiting because it turns into a habit and time continues to pass.

Waiting means you are taking no action. You are not closing in on what you want. Waiting is a form of procrastination and a waste of time. Use all your time wisely.

Stop waiting and start believing. Know that you can take action and make progress. Stop waiting and start living your dreams. Stop waiting until your next break and make your next break.

    Stop waiting and just start!

noiz viol8ion blog #384 – More is not specific enough

If you want something then How much do you want? Wanting “more” of something may get you a little more but may not get you exactly how much you want. Be as specific as you can! If you want or need more money then how much more money? If you want to lose or gain more weight then how many pounds? Do not doubt or limit yourself just put it out there.

noiz viol8ion blog #341 – Set SMART Goals

    S – Specific

    M – Measurable

    A – Attainable

    R – Relevant

    T – Timebound

Once you set a SMART goal it is much easier to know what to do, when to do it and how to do it.

  • Blog #238 – You are your problems

Below is Maslow’s Hierarchy of needs. The bottom layer is Food, Water, Air. The next layer is housing and a place to live. The next is sex and a relationship. The next is confidence and the ability perform. The last need is to fulfill your dreams and set goals.

How many of your needs are met? Where are you on this hierarchy?

If you have any of these needs met you should count your blessings and be grateful for what you have.
