Do you set a high bar or keep it low?
It’s easy to lower the bar once you have failed multiple times. Once you lower the bar once you lower it again and then you begin accepting things below your standards. Your life is deteriorating and you don’t know why. You are scared to take risks and go into conservation mode. You know your not happy but don’t know what to do.
