    noiz viol8ion blog #700 – It’s Time!

It’s time to focus! It’s time to know. It’s time to commit. It’s time to lose fear and inaction. It’s time to be a lion. It’s time to hunt down my goals and attack them because my life depends on it. It’s time to stop complainin and see how great my life really is. It’s time to count my blessings. It’s time to share my blessings with others. It’s time to network and build a team. It’s time to accept full responsibility. It’s time to stop blaming and start forgiving myself and everyone else around me. It’s time to love more than I have ever loved. It’s time to move into pleasure and leave pain behind. It’s time to go with the flow of the universe. It’s time to plan my journey. It’s time to take calculated risks that will propel me to new heights. It’s time to take massive action. It’s time to transcend. It’s time to take the time to make it right.

    noiz viol8ion blog #566 – Pleasure Progress

The pleasure starts out as a result you want. If only I had a million dollars. If only I had a six pack. If only I was dating the person of my dreams. If only I was a rock star. If only all this was true then I would be happy. People see the end as the goal for happiness. I am here to say that none of that will make you happy. It might for a moment but then it will fade. Easy come easy go.

The real pleasure comes in progress. The reward is becoming the person you want to become. This becoming is small baby steps. The pleasure is accomplishments that are on your path to success. Stop waiting to win the lottery and stop waiting to be happy. Take action to make progress and feel the pleasure that comes along.

    noiz viol8ion blog #524 – Marketing 101

Who is your market and what is there pain point?

When you want to market to someone you must know who your market is. You must exagerate the pain of the problem. Accentuate the pain and bring it to the forefront. The pain is so bad that the person is willing to try anything to get rid of it. They are willing to try anything but only you have a vehicle/product/service that will get them from where they are currently to where they want to be. Where they want to be is out of pain and have their problem solved. Your product will do this guaranteed or they will continue to be in pain. If they use another product they will continue to be in pain.

Highlight these contrasts with videos, words and sounds.

noiz viol8ion blog #493 – Is the Suffering Worth it?

You have to be able to withstand the suffering for the reward. There will be pain. There will be struggling. There will be hard times.

The pain is growth. The pain is the reward. You earned the pain. Keep your eye on the prize. Know that everything will be worth it in the end. The pain is temporary and victory is forever. The harder you work and the more pain you can withstand the more it will pay off. If you want something you must give something.

    noiz viol8ion blog #455 – What’s Your Favorite Pleasure?

There are many forms of please. Physical, Emotional, Short Term, Long Term.

Drugs and Alcohol can give a huge rush of short term pleasure but as soon as the high is over reality comes rushing back. Nothing has changed and your life is still the same.

Working out hard can also give you a rush of short term pleasure. Not while your doing it but immediately after your body rewards you with hits of dopamine.

Buying the $8 coffee every morning is a good idea now and will taste great. Doing this 5 days a week for 50 weeks a year is spending $2,000. Saving or investing this will set you up for a huge long term pleasure.

Understand and find a balance between Short Term and Long Term, pain and pleasure.

Blog #280 – How to have comfort in uncomfortable situations

When is the last time you were in an uncomfortable situation? Did you put yourself there or were you forced into it?

You will be forced into these situations no matter what and to be ready for these situations you must constantly put yourself in these situations. When you stretch your comfort zone you are comfortable with a zone that used to be your edge.

There are massive rewards for growing. No longer are you scared of what you once were. You will have more confidence in your abilities. You will be able to gain more leverage and influence.

The pain of not growing leads to massive pain as well. You will always doubt yourself. You will not have new experiences. You will actually begin to go backwards or down because you are not growing.

The contrast between the pain and pleasure of taking action should be enough motivation for you to go out there and reach your goals.

Blog #246 – Are you giving yourself opportunities to win?

Determine your standards for what is acceptable.

I am harder on myself than anyone else. This lets me handle criticism well but is not good for self acceptance.

Sometimes the standards we set for ourselves our unachievable. We can have huge enormous goals but we also have to have micro goals. These micro goals give pleasure and momentum through small wins. Eventual enough small wins add up to big results.
