As life flows things happen that cause us pain and we hold onto them. Someone might of said something mean or maybe you failed a test or you were fired from a job or a relationship didn’t work out.
We hold onto these situations and let the pain dig in deeper. We let doubt creep into our minds. We might ask, “Why don’t people like me? Why am I so stupid? Why does no one love me? Maybe I’m just not good enough.” Thoughts like this can become entrenched in our minds.
Learn from it and let it go! Do not let a single event or moment define your life or who you are. Do not let other people define you. Stop holding onto the pain. You are more and holding on can hold you back.
