If you are not careful this sequence can be painful or beautiful. It is easy to fall into bad habits just because its easy.
Everyday there are decisions like what time to wake up, where you are going to work, what are you going to eat, what to do with your time and when you are going to bad.
These decisions must be made everyday. If you don’t have a plan you may default into whatever is easiest and this isn’t what is best. What is best for who you want to become?
