When there are a lot of distractions, noises and stimulation it is hard to focus.
If you feel confused, disoriented, anxious and do know know what to do then limit the distractions.
Sit in silence. It can be uncomfortable at first because you are used to all the commotion. You are used to being reactionary. Let it all go. Sit with it. Observe and watch. The noise will get louder and louder. The urges will grow more and more. Notice it but remain silent.
