Sometimes we feel down, weak, stuck in a rut, unmotivated or feel like your not growing.
Everyone has been there and you’ll be there again if you are not there now.
There is nothing to be ashamed. It is a normal experience or emotion.
The tricky part is how fast you can bounce back.
Maybe you have a significant other that will talk you up. Maybe you have a long streak you don’t want to break. Maybe you have to be accountable to other people. Maybe you can do it on your own through working out, meditation or music.
Whatever it is just keep going and get back up!
