    Blog #284 – Consistency

You are nothing but what you consistently do. Without consistency most of what you do is random actions.

When someone is consistent we are in awe of their actions. From the outside we are amazed by how talented they are but when you ask them it is natural for them. They will attribute everything to hard work and practice. They have practiced so much their skills are second nature.

Start small and be consistent. Who knows where you will be in a few years.

Blog #280 – How to have comfort in uncomfortable situations

When is the last time you were in an uncomfortable situation? Did you put yourself there or were you forced into it?

You will be forced into these situations no matter what and to be ready for these situations you must constantly put yourself in these situations. When you stretch your comfort zone you are comfortable with a zone that used to be your edge.

There are massive rewards for growing. No longer are you scared of what you once were. You will have more confidence in your abilities. You will be able to gain more leverage and influence.

The pain of not growing leads to massive pain as well. You will always doubt yourself. You will not have new experiences. You will actually begin to go backwards or down because you are not growing.

The contrast between the pain and pleasure of taking action should be enough motivation for you to go out there and reach your goals.

Blog #279 – Learn it by Teaching it

Entrepreneur and businessman Tai Lopez says that you should use the 1/3 rule to allocate your time.

    1. Spend 1/3 of your time with people ahead of you.
    2. 1/3 of your time with people who are equal to you.
    3. And 1/3 of your time with people behind you.

Always be reaching for the next level and paying what you know forward. There will always be someone better than you so surround yourself with these people. Even though there are people better than you someone wants to be where you are at so be grateful for what you have. Teach people and pass down what you have learned. Learn the perspective of each person and you will become more valuable.
