The world wants you to succeed because the world wants to get better like you want to get better. If you improve your communication with the world then the world will tell you what it needs. You can help the world and the world will help you. When you understand the universe you will better understand yourself. When you understand yourself then you will better understand other people. This chain of communication will make you a leader. The better you improve your communication then the deeper you can connect between you, the world and other people.

It would be a win win situation and this is the only thing that would make me want to sell something.

I care about my own happiness. I care about taking care of my needs first and then about those closest to me. All my cares start with me and then my circle of caring grows from there. My cares will be misplaced if my life is not in order. I must be at the top of my game and have my cares taken care of before I can take care of other people’s cares. When I can figure out how to solve my cares then I might be able to help other people solve their’s.

If you are not selfish you will get what is left over not what you deserve. First you need to know what you deserve. Know everything about your self, your actions, and your results. When you know the impact you have, you can be selfish to ask for what you deserve. This gives you the foundation for negotiations. There can be disagreements but unless you are fighting for yourself then you will be defeated.

There is my passion I pursue everyday and there is my work I get paid for. It is my goal to combine my passion and work. I can do this by adding more passion to my work or by adding more work to my passion. Anyone can do the former but the later is much more challenging. The first is a change in your attitude. This can be done by finding things you enjoy about your current work. What can you accentuate, get better at, and enjoy? Where can you place your focus to find more joy?
When adding more work to your passion you are adding things that you don’t like. This means learning more skills that are not your passion. Skills like making money, marketing, management, accounting, and other business skills. The better you are at business the more you can turn your passion into work.
Either way you have to know your worth, know where you want to be, learn and grow.

Sometimes we know what we want and know what we need to do. Sometimes even though the plan is in place we still do not take action. There can be a number of reasons or excuses but we are still not doing what we need to do. This can range from working out, eating right, showing up for work, practicing a sport or instrument. When the time comes it easier to watch TV, it’s nice to sleep in, it’s tasty to eat fast food and its hard to do all the other things. This is when we need someone to hold us accountable. We need someone to push us when we least want it.
