Sometimes we know what we want and know what we need to do. Sometimes even though the plan is in place we still do not take action. There can be a number of reasons or excuses but we are still not doing what we need to do. This can range from working out, eating right, showing up for work, practicing a sport or instrument. When the time comes it easier to watch TV, it’s nice to sleep in, it’s tasty to eat fast food and its hard to do all the other things. This is when we need someone to hold us accountable. We need someone to push us when we least want it.
