There are many forms of please. Physical, Emotional, Short Term, Long Term.

Drugs and Alcohol can give a huge rush of short term pleasure but as soon as the high is over reality comes rushing back. Nothing has changed and your life is still the same.

Working out hard can also give you a rush of short term pleasure. Not while your doing it but immediately after your body rewards you with hits of dopamine.

Buying the $8 coffee every morning is a good idea now and will taste great. Doing this 5 days a week for 50 weeks a year is spending $2,000. Saving or investing this will set you up for a huge long term pleasure.

Understand and find a balance between Short Term and Long Term, pain and pleasure.

noiz viol8ion blog #371 – How to be good at sales!

To be good at sales you must let people sit in their own pain. The reason people are interesting in your product is because they have a current agitated state and your product can move them into their desired state. You are the link between their current state and their desired state. If they do not buy your product they will stay miserable. This is not rude but you must point this out to them.

Ask probing questions to evoke an emotional response like what is their current pain and frustrations? What are their goals? What are they willing to do to get their?

Have confidence and influence people for their own good.

Blog #280 – How to have comfort in uncomfortable situations

When is the last time you were in an uncomfortable situation? Did you put yourself there or were you forced into it?

You will be forced into these situations no matter what and to be ready for these situations you must constantly put yourself in these situations. When you stretch your comfort zone you are comfortable with a zone that used to be your edge.

There are massive rewards for growing. No longer are you scared of what you once were. You will have more confidence in your abilities. You will be able to gain more leverage and influence.

The pain of not growing leads to massive pain as well. You will always doubt yourself. You will not have new experiences. You will actually begin to go backwards or down because you are not growing.

The contrast between the pain and pleasure of taking action should be enough motivation for you to go out there and reach your goals.

Blog #231 – Let Go to Let In More

Learn to let go of old habits, old ideas, old thoughts, old patterns, old beliefs, old diets, old failures and the old you.

The past performance does not equal future results.

Holding onto the past keeps you in the past.

We are now in a new world and if you do not let go of the old one then you will never embrace the new one.

Imagine letting go of all your past pain, all the tension in your body, all the worries and anxieties in your mind. These are now removed from your life and are replaced with different pain, worries, and anxieties. You must practice releasing these things to make room for greater things.

Blog #227 – What you don’t know can hurt you!

You must be the master or you must hire a master.

No matter what you are doing if you want it done right you need someone who knows what they are doing. Do not rely on luck or chance.

The easiest way to get the results you want is to take a model or system that has got that result before.

Save time and money by doing it right the first time.

Ask for help if you are not the master or its something you have no interest in learning.

Early mistakes can lead to huge problems down the road.
