Blog #92 – CHECK IN

Your state of mind and emotions are a habit just like your daily activities. The mind and body are linked so you have the same thoughts go through your head on your way to work, while your at work and on your way home. These can be thoughts of excitement that you get to goto work or the Sunday Scaries that you have to go back to work. You have to recognize where you are at and where you want to be.
