Blog #247 – Be in the driver seat of your emotions.

We often hear that emotions are like a roller coaster and we are just along for the ride.

I would say that emotions are more like driving a car. You do not have control of the road but you have control over the car. You are able to steer and avoid potholes or you are also available to put the car on autopilot like the rollercoaster.

Once you take control and responsibility of yourself. You are free to travel on your favorite roads and avoid your least favorite.

If you see a fork in the road choose the path to happiness.
