Use negative feelings like your car dashboard. Let it be indicators that you need to re-fuel, change directions, go faster or slow down. These indication are proof that the car is working properly just like your body. We all need to have self awareness of when things need to change. The negative states and emotions are proof that the car and body are working properly. The real problems come when we ignore these indicators.

If you’re angry go workout or let out steam another way.
If you anxious go for a walk.
If your depressed do what makes you happy.
