Stop putting so much of your self worth into something you have created or something you have done. Creating art is very experimental and a lot of what you try is going to fail. This does not mean that you are a failure. Just because your art or skill is not at the level you want it to be does not make you any better or less of a person. Be comfortable with who you are and where you are on your journey. Even when you are proficient at your craft people will still not like it. There will always be critics. There will always be hater. There will always be people trying to bring you down to their level..
