All talk does not get you results but it is a start. Your mind and body must be congruent. You must be doing the things that you say you are going to do. You must build up your own credibility with yourself. Say it and do it.
Link incredible pleasure with accomplishing what you want. Imagine yourself already in possession of the object of your desire.
Be specific about what you want and exactly when you want it by. Take the feeling of gaining everything you want and internalize it.
How are you going to feel if you get what you want?
How are you going to feel if you don’t get what you want?
