Blog #276 – Make Your Habits and Soon your Habits will Make You

Installing a daily empowering morning routine is the best way to kick off your day.

The first thing is to wake up early. If you wake up before everyone else then you already have a head start.

Make you bed. Making your bed lets you start off your day with a win. Success builds on success and you are already on your way.

Drink a glass of lemon water. Lemon water is great for your digestion and balancing the PH of your body.

Meditate. Imaging your day and what you want to accomplish, picture it already completed and the feeling you will get when it’s done.

Get your heart rate up. Do some sort of movement activity for at least 30 mins.

Tackle your hardest or most important task.

If you do this everyday you will be healthy and successful.
