Test your hypothesis’s.
What do you think is going to happen? What do you want to happen? Whats the best that can happen? What the worst that can happen? Is it worth the risk?
Come up with many scenarios to test and predict why it will happen like you think it will.
Test your diet. Take sugar out ofo your diet and see what happens. How do you feel? DId you weight go up or down? How is your energy level?
Test your money. Put your money in different investments. When you find out what works then double down on it.
Talk to a bunch of people and tell them your ideas. See what people say and have them poke holes in your beliefs.
