Make a commitment and decision in your life to live in a beautiful state no matter what. Nip suffering in the butt immediately. If you are suffering it is because of three possible things:
These three emotions/situations will bring you into suffering. These will take you out of a beautiful state and life is too short to live in anything but a beautiful state. It is ok to suffer and we all do but when you notice these in your life use it as a trigger to remind you to live in a beautiful state.
A practice to get out of suffering. Sit upright in a chair with your feet on the ground. Breathe deeply for 30 seconds. Feel your heart beat and think of three things that make you feel deeply grateful. Then open your eyes and notice how you feel.
Learn from the suffering. What did I or can I learn from this?
