noiz viol8ion blog #619 – 60,000 Thoughts Per Day

It’s been estimated a person has on average 60,000 thoughts per day. Depending on what is going in your life many of these thoughts can be negative or limiting. These are based from a disempowering state. They come from a place of loss, less and never. A negative thought is thinking something happens and you will be a lesser of a person, or you will have less than you have now, or you think something will never. Just by having these thoughts your brain reacts like it is actually happening. This mechanism in the brain worked great for our ancestors because it helped humans survive. Humans would stay away from a cave because a bear lives in it. Fear is actually a good thing. In the world we live in today survival fears have turned into social fears. Don’t let these social fears paralyze you from moving forward.
