Love is extreme wanting. It is possible to love the idea of something and the reality does not match the idea. This will end up causing depression because there is a disconnect on your ideals and reality. These can be ideals of who you are, how you want to feel, who your lover is and how they make you feel. There is this gap between reality and your idea of how reality should be.
If you find yourself in this depression gap then you must do two things.
- Accept The Things You Cannot Control
- Change The Things You Can Control.
