    Blog #180 – Infinite Abundance

We live in a world of infinite abundance. All your desires and all of your fears are never ending. If you fill one desire then you will want the next one. If you conquer one fear then there will always be a next one.

This world has unlimited number of pleasures.

Your potential to achieve anything is limitless.

The love I share has no bounds.

The only thing holding you back from infinite abundance and your potential is limiting beliefs. You have the ultimate power to change these beliefs. If you are not satisfied with any area of your life then change it. It may not be easy and probably requires hard work but you have the power.

Your most valuable asset is your network.

It’s not what you know or who you know, but who knows you.

    Susan Roanne

People know people. Everyone has played the Kevin Bacon game where everyone in the world is connected to Kevin Bacon in six degrees of separation. Who do you need to connect with? Each new person that knows you will exponentially increase the amount of resources and opportunities that are available to you. Leverage you network for what you need.

Make yourself professional and pleasant to be around. Provide value to those close to you. Build a reputation for who you are. Be honest and open with people so they can help you. The more people know about you the more they can connect with you.

Blog #178 – Go, Go, Go, STOP and REFLECT

Take the time to review where you are at. Look at how far you have come. Feel the progress from where you are now and where you were.

What have you accomplished that you didn’t even think was possible?

What are some of the major lessons you have taken away from the hardships you have been through?

What are you most proud of?

What are you least proud of?

Reflect back on your life and use it as an ultimate learning experience for where you are going. Where are you going?

What do you want to do and accomplish?

What are you working towards? Have you made progress? Why? Why not?

Out of all the things you could do what would be the one next step that would make the biggest difference towards reaching your ultimate goals

Look forward to where you want to be and you will find a way to get there. Focus on what you want. What do you want? Why do you want this?

This why is your driving force. The bigger the WHY the more motivation and determination you will have to accomplish you goals. Goals change over time so you have to STOP and REFLECT.

  • Blog #177 – The two reason WHY you do ANYTHING.

Blog #177 – The two reason WHY you do ANYTHING.

Every decision you make is based off of these two rationals.

    1. To Avoid Pain
    2. To Gain Pleasure

    Simple.

Once you know this is how you operate then you can use it to your advantage or it’s going to use you.

If an overweight person doesn’t diet or exercise they associate massive amounts of pain to the decision to work out or diet. They will go through a litany of excuses about why they can’t or it doesn’t work for them. They will also associate massive amounts of pleasure to the unhealthy foods they eat and the lazy activities they perform.

On the flip side if a fit person doesn’t diet or exercise they associate massive amount of pain to the decision not to go work out or diet. They associate massive amounts of pleasure to working out and the feeling they will get from eating right.

To get over the hump on any decision you must enhance the amount of pain it’s going to cause and enhance the amount of pleasure you are going to gain.

Blog #176 – The Power in Positive Thinking!

Take control of what you ingest in your mind.

Be careful about who you hangout with because even your friends can poison you without knowing it.

Negative thinking can bring you down. This kind of thinking leads you down to a dead end path that goes no where or goes somewhere that no one wants to go. Where your thoughts are control your focus. If you are thinking negatively then you are going to see the negative in every situation.

Even in the worst possible situations you can think about what good will come out of it.

Do not make things harder on yourself than they have to be. See the world as conspiring in your favor.

Blog #175 – Why you must live by Tony Robbins’ principle of CANI!

You must commit to a life of CANI!

CANI stands for Constant And Never-ending Improvement.

If you live by this principle then every aspect of your life can be affected.

Things in you life are either growing or they are dying. It is up to you on what you want to grow and what you want to die.

If you commit to CANI then the good things will keep getting better.

  • Blog#174 – “Who are you?”

    Blog#174 – “Who are you?”

You know better than anyone else who you are. You are always right when answering this question because your body and mind will make yourself right. If you say you are a procrastinator then you will procrastinate. If you say you are successful then you will succeed. If you say you are a loser you will find a way to lose.

People will always make themselves right. Whether you have empowering or disempowering beliefs about who you are, you are always right. If you change these foundations about who you are your life will change with it.

You are not a subject of your circumstances or your emotions but a choice you can make about who you are. You are not your past. You are not fixed as your current self and your future self has yet to be determined.

You must decide on who you want to become.

    Blog #173 – Unconditional LOVE

Who do you show unconditional love to?

Who shows unconditional love to you?

These are the real people in your life. The conversations with these people are unlike any other that you would have. The thing is people show love in many different ways. Some people show love by giving people gifts. Some people show love by showering people with compliments. Some people show love by worrying endlessly about the other person. Some people show love by the way the touch the other person. Some people show love by being brutaly honest with people. Some of these ways to show love can be misconstrued by the other person. This is misunderstood because we often forget the first step. The first step is to let them know how much we care about them. If we are on the receiving end of this tough love then we must assume how much the other person cares.

People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.

    Fear is an emotion.

    Definition of emotion

as strong feeling usually directed toward a specific object and typically accompanied by physiological and behavioral changes in the body

    Webster Dictionary

There is an uncontrollable reaction in our mind and body to fear. Fear will make us do things that we would not normally do. Fear makes us think things we would not normally think.

Do not let the throughts of fear paralyze you.

Only Thing We Have to Fear Is Fear Itself

    Franklin D. Roosevelt

Most of what people worry about never happens so why do we worry so much. We worry because it is uncontrollable. Fear bubbles up out of no where and infects our minds. The demons and nightmares in our minds become a reality because we can feel the pain. The mind makes these fears real through our emotions, physiology and behavior. The fear is there so we must acknowledge it. We must see the fear and live with the fear. We must have the strength and courage to be in that uncomfortable place and still take action. Take action in spite of the fear. When our mind is telling us NO! We still move forward because we know that is the right thing to do. Eventually the fear becomes an excitement. We still feel the fear but it does not stop us or paralyze us. The fear encourages us that we are on the right path.

    Now FEAR becomes:

  • Blog #171 – Upstream or Downstream?

Blog #171 – Upstream or Downstream?

Stop trying to paddle upstream. People always say nothing in life is free, hard work pays off in the end, if you don’t work hard then nothing good will happen. You hear this so often that you think pain is the only way to make gains. You try to make things as hard as you can because if it is hard then it must be good. I f you push yourself to the breaking point then it must be worth it. You are paddling upstream and fighting an uphill battle. You are making things unnecessarily hard on yourself. Turn your boat around and go downstream.

Going with the stream is a much more enjoyable experience. You are inline with your thoughts and feelings. You are in harmony with everything around you. The world and the universe is conspiring in your favor. Stop doubting, worrying and just accept. Things might not go exactly as you planned it and that is ok. Be grateful things are going. Enjoy the journey because that is all there is.
