Blog #152 – Analytical Meditation

Know yourself even more by going deeper into your emotions. If you get angry then ask questions and try to find the anger. Who is angry? Where is this anger coming from? Can I locate this anger? What is good about this anger? What is bad about this anger?

Sometimes if we really analyze our anger we cannot find anything and we are holding onto nothing. Everyone gets angry but if you take a step back and realize that the anger is not benifitying you then you can release it.

Realize that the world is bigger than yourself. There is so much that you do not know and will never know. You have a certain capacity of information and time in this world so choose wisely. Choose what you want to study. Choose how you want to feel. Choose who you want to spend your time with.
